From the Diamond Home Page, selecting the Policies menu option allows users to:

• Quick Quote: (New or Existing Client) - This allows users to enter a quote for a new or an existing client and is designed to require (or display) the minimum amount of data to get an accurate quote. Using a "guided" (wizard) workflow in the My Navigator (Tree View) section on the Policy Information screen, users are taken step-by-step through the Quick Quote process.  
• Full Quote: (New or Existing Client) - Allows users to enter a quote for a new or an existing client using a "guided" workflow in the My Navigator (Tree View) section on the Policy Information screen.
• New Policy: (New or Existing Client) - This allows users to submit, rate and issue a new policy. Nodes on the My Navigation Pane are placed in a logical order, and a user can move from node to node or tab to tab (located on the toolbar). In some instances, nodes will expand (for selection of other options) and collapse when the user is finished.
• Record Only Submission: (New or Existing Client) - This allows users to enter a policy that bears no premium. It is used for record keeping purposes only. Once the policy is issued, its status is "H" (Historical). There is no Billing associated with these types of policy transactions.
