Navigation Pane
Once an application has been submitted on the Employee Web, users will
see a Navigation Pane located on the left side of the Policy
Information screen. Depending on the status of the policy (New
Business or Active), there are collapsible sections where users can see
or do additional functions. Using the up or down arrows opens or closes
each section. Depending on a user's authority rights, they may or may
not see or be able to access some of the functions.
My Navigator
For a "New Business" policy, this allows users to logically
enter information (drivers / applicants, vehicles / property - depending
on the line of business), underwriting information, policy level information,
coverages, billing information and view a summary of the policy prior
to issuance by selecting the corresponding link. For "Active - In
Force" policies, users can select any of the links to view the detail.
Quick Links
Located at the top of the Navigation Pane is the Quick Links section.
- Policy: Allows users
to view all of the policy information.
- Billing: Launches
the Statement Display
screen. Users can view Pay Plan information, next activity on a policy
and balance due. Additionally, they can perform various billing functions,
such as make payments, adjustments or transactions, see future billing
activity and accounts receivable information.
- Claims: This lets
users add or view claim information on the policy.
- Attachments: Users
can add items such as forms or letters specific to a client's
policy. Policy attachments may include items such as ACORD forms originally
submitted with the application, an MVR, statement of odometer reading,
legal letter, photos etc.
- Notes: Additional
information for a specific policy, such as notations regarding
driver, vehicle or policy coverages can be entered here. These can
either be just notations or Sticky Notes, which will appear above
the Quick Links Pane when added.
- Rule Exceptions: For
future use.
More Links

lets you see ALL
of a policy's history from its inception, transactions, future transactions
and any out of sequence activity.
- Future Events: If
an Automatic Manual Cancellation and Notice, Automatic Non-Renewal,
Non-Renewal and Non-Renewal Notice have been issued, users can select
this tab to delete those transactions.

all forms attached to the policy. Forms can also be added here if
needed.

Tasks link takes you directly to the Task List to review / perform
the tasks listed. Here, you can also add a Diary item or "recurring"
Diary item and assign it to yourself or another user.

all forms attached for printing to the policy. Users can selectively

the form) or you can print all forms.
- Summary: This displays
a one-screen summary of any policy activity, such as date of new business
submission, date cash applied, date notes added, the user initiating
the activity, brief description. At the top of the screen, you can

the Client screen,
where users can see policy, billing or claim information. They can

to see more detail (and have the authority) on the policy / claim,
they can select the folder opposite the policy number.
- Summary of Changes: This
link is only shown for an image of a policy that can be compared to
a prior image. Diamond compares all data fields on the selected image
to the same
data fields from the prior image. All changes, additions and deletions
are shown in a tree view on the Summary of Changes. The tree view
defaults to fully expanded. Out of Sequence images with the status
of Q (Pending OOS), R (Reapplied), X (Void Due to OOS Cancel) or Z
(Offset Due to OOS Cancel) are not considered prior images and will
not be compared. The only statuses where the Summary of links are
shown are those which are A (Active), H (History), F (Future) and
P (Pending). Pending images can be configured to show or not show.
Any grid item that can be expanded is shown in blue text and can be
selected to expand.
Transaction Links
Depending on a policy's status, opening the Transaction Links
section displays the different types of transactions that can be done
on a policy. For example, if this is an "Active In Force" policy,
transaction links shown are: ABT Cancel Rewrite, Automatic Manual Cancellation,
Cancellation, Cancel Rewrite, Endorsement, Endorsement Quote, Non-Renewal,
Renewal, Renewal Underwriting, etc. If this is a "Cancelled"
policy, transaction links shown would be Reinstatement or Rewrite.
