There are a number of ways to access client, policy and claim information in Diamond.
Advanced Lookup: The Advanced Lookup screen provides a variety of options for searching and viewing data. Diamond provides data based on the criteria selected and entered on the Advanced Lookup screen.
Claims Inquiry: By entering a Claim OR Policy Number, you are able to see a snap shot of Policy and Claim Loss Notice Information in "View Only" mode.
Client Search: This is used to view, edit / or maintain data specific to a client.
Policy Search: This option gives you many different ways to locate information. Some of the search options include: Address, Doing Business As, Full Name - Known as "Display Name" (e.g., Bill Anderson) and Name (First, Middle / Last) to name a few.
Quick Claim Lookup: This option gives you an easy way of accessing your most recent claim or claims. Once selected, a screen is presented that displays the most recent claim that you worked on.
Quick Lookup: Located in the upper right corner of the Diamond Home Page, making a selection from the combo box and clicking the magnifying glass, you can access the following client information: Policy, Billing, Claims and Account Bill information.
Quote Search: This option is similar to the Policy Search except it is only by "Quote Number."
Task List: This function resembles a "To Do List," as it contains many different tasks generated from various functions within Diamond, such as "Pending" new business policies, Endorsements or Diary Items. Users may configure the Task List to suit their individual needs.
Vehicle Information Search: This option lets you look up vehicle information by Make / Model or VIN Number.
