Note: You must have the authority, "Holiday Setup," (Company Configuration group) to access, add, edit & delete holidays.
If your company is closed for specific holidays and you want to extend your Cancellation Dates or Legal Cancellation Dates because you will not be processing any printed forms, setting up the Company Holidays here allows you to indicate the closed dates.
When adding a holiday, you will have the ability to set up a company to extend the legal cancellation date. To establish holidays for your company, choose Company Holidays from the Company Configuration Tool Tree View.
The holiday is added to the Holidays Grid View. Repeat the steps to add the remaining holidays.
If changing your holidays from one (1) year to the next:
Highlight the holiday in the Grid View.
Select Edit or double click the holiday.
When the Edit Holiday screen displays, change the date.
Click Save.
To delete a holiday:
Highlight the holiday in the Grid View.
Select Delete.
Respond Yes to the question: "Delete selected holiday?"
The holiday is removed from the Grid View.
