Note: You must have the authority, "Access Billing Transactions," to use the Transaction button. Also, you need individual authorities to access and perform each of the different billing transactions.
The Transaction button allows the processing of different Billing activities, such as: Bill To Change, Changing an Automatic Refund Option, Changing an Invoice Due Date, Recalculating Future Installments to name a few.
