Note: You must have the authority, "Change System Date," (Diamond Administration group) to access this function.
Normally, when a check is placed in the Roll System Date field in End of Day Processing, the date is automatically rolled from the current date to the next; however, there may be times when you will need to change the date manually. This should only be done when users are not in the Diamond System; if they are, have them log out and log back in so all transactions carry the correct date.
From the Diamond Access Home Page:
Select Utilities / Change System Date.
Enter the new date.
Click Update.
Confirm you want to save the new date as the system date by answering "Yes."
The date is changed and can be seen in the lower right of your page.
