Note: Users will need the authority, "Edit Workflow Types," (Diamond Administration group) to access and use this function.
Colors associated with different Workflow Types are set up here and can be shown on tasks of the same Workflow type in the Task List Calendar. Companies are able to set default colors for each Task Type and users can override the set color with a color of their own choosing within the task itself on the Calendar. Please Note: These task specific colors can only be edited by a specific user. Once the task has been transferred, the color is then reset and the default Workflow Type color will then be used. Any Tasks that are past due are automatically displayed in red regardless of other color choices.
On the Employee Web Main Menu, choose Utilities / Administration / Users and Workflow Queues / Workflow Types.
Opposite the Workflow type you wish to assign a color, click the pencil icon to display the Edit Workflow Type screen.
