Outside Auditors

Note: You must have the authority to "Add Outside Auditor," "Delete Outside Auditor" and / or "Edit Outside Auditor" (Diamond Administration group) to perform these functions.

If your company is processing Premium Audit Transactions in Commercial GL, Workers Compensation or Garage, this function is used to add, edit and delete "outside" auditors. This is much the same as adding, editing and deleting outside adjusters used in the Claims System.

Access Outside Auditors from the Administration Navigation Pane.

Add Outside Auditor

1. From the Outside Auditor Setup screen, click Add Outside Auditor.

2. When the Outside Auditor screen is shown:

1. • Click the Outside Auditor link.
   • On the Edit Name screen, enter the auditor's name, address and any other information that is necessary.
   • When finished, click Save Outside Auditor. This returns the Outside Auditor screen with the name / address information shown.

Editing an Outside Auditor

If you need to make a change to an outside auditor:

1. Click the pencil icon next to the auditor in the Grid View.

2. When the Edit Auditor screen displays, make your changes.

3. Click Save Outside Auditor.

Deleting an Outside Auditor

To delete an outside auditor:

1. Click the X (red X) next to the auditor in the Grid View.

2. Answer Yes to the question:"Are you sure you want to delete this outside auditor?"

3. The auditor is removed from the "Active" Grid View.
