Agency Form Suppression
This process allows agents to receive printed copies of certain forms
as opposed to printing all forms. The configuration options are established
on a per agency basis in Agency Setup.
On the Edit Agency screen:
- Print Agent Copies:
This field should contain
a check mark. It is important to note that if this field is NOT checked, no agency copies will print. When
checked, "Agency Form Suppression" appears as an option
in the menu tree.
- Agency Form Suppression:
After clicking on Agency Form
Suppression, select the Add Agency
Form Category Suppression button
to return the Add
Agency Form Category Suppression screen.
- Form Category
Type: Select from the combo
box the category of forms you wish to suppress, and click Save to return to the Agency Form Suppression
List View. The Form Category added is displayed.
- Repeat to suppress more form categories
if necessary.
Only those forms that are added here will be suppressed from printing.
Special Notes!
Forms suppressed from printing are still triggered
and can be viewed or printed from the Print History screen.
If the Print Agency Copies field is unchecked,
no forms are triggered and none are available in Print History.
Individual forms
cannot be suppressed; only Form Categories.
