Agency Information Import

This function allows your company the ability to import agency information in bulk by feeding the information into Diamond from an XML file. This can be used for the initial load of agency and agency group information as well as updating agency information at a later time. Some of this information includes: New agencies added, any changes  / updates (such as address information) made to an agency or deletion of any agencies. This import eliminates the need for manually entering large amounts of agency records.

• Click Browse.
• Locate the directory where the XML file resides.
• Select Upload.
• Note: A prompt may be returned that indicates it may take several minutes depending on the size of the file. You can select Continue or Cancel. If Continue is selected, a second prompt is displayed that the file is uploaded and is about to be processed. Click OK.

When complete, the system displays the Import Type, Number of Records Added, Number of Record Failures, any Deleted Files (#), Number of Deleted Failures, Number of Files Updated and Number of Updated Failures.
