A policy that has been set to non-renew and has not yet been processed (current date is prior to the non-renewal effective date), may not be reinstated. The policy must be Un-Nonrenewed.
To un-nonrenew a policy before the recorded non-renewal date:
Access the Future link in the Navigation Pane of the policy that will be un-nonrenewed.
Click the Delete button opposite the Non-Renewal transaction by clicking it once.
The non-renewal transaction record is cleared from the Data Grid View.
