Contents: The report returns a detailed listing of all policies with a specified status (i.e., In-Force, Future, Canceled, Pending, Denied, Non-Renewed, Expired, Record Only, Archived Quotes). Listed on the report are the following fields:

• Policy Number
• Insured Name
• Effective / Expiration Dates
• FTP
• WP

Counts by agency / company / state / line of business are broken down with FTP and WP included as well.

Who Uses Report: Underwriting / policy processing personnel.

When to Run Report: Can be run at any time.

Input Parameters:

• Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
• End Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
• Company / State / Line of Business (With an option for "All")
• Agency (With an option for "All")
• Policy Status (In-Force, Future, Canceled, Pending, Denied, Non-Renewed, Expired, Record Only, Archived Quotes)
