Report Name: Policy Status

Functional Area: Underwriting

Contents: The report returns a listing of all policies with a user specified status (i.e., In-Force, Future, Canceled, Pending, Denied, Non-Renewed, Expired, Record Only, Archived Quotes). Listed on the report are the following fields:

• Policy Number
• Insured
• Effective Date
• Expiration Date
• Full Term Premium
• Written Premium

Counts by agency / company / state / line of business are broken down with FTP and WP included as well.

Who Uses Report: Underwriting / policy processing personnel.

When to Run Report: Can be run at any time.
