Contents: This report shows details for each new business policy / quote and a count of the number of those policies within a given date range. The report is grouped by company / state / line of business / agency. Information shown on the report includes:

• Policy / Quote Number

• Marketing Source

• Policy / Quote Status

• Full Term Premium

• Written Premium

Sub-totals totals are given by company / state / agency for policy / quote count as well as FTP and WP. A grand total for all companies / states / agencies is given at the end of the report.

Who Uses Report: Underwriting, policy processing personnel, sales and marketing.

When to Run Report: The report can be run at anytime.

Input Parameters:

• Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

• End Date: (MM/DD/YYYY)

• Company / State / Line of Business (With an option for "All")

• Policy / Quote - Select one or the other; report output determined by selection.
