Report Name: Policies Set to Expire From (Within a Specified Date Range)

.RDL File Name: Policy_ExpirationList.rdl

Functional Area: Underwriting / Policy Processing

Contents: The report displays by Company / Agency / State all policies that are going to expire. For each agency, the report shows:

• Agency Name

• Insured Name

• Policy Number

• Effective / Expiration Dates

• State

• Days Until Expiration

• Renewed: Yes or No

Who Uses Report: Underwriting and policy processing personnel.

When to Run Report: The report can be run at anytime.

Input Parameters:

• Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY) / End Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

• Company / State / Line of Business (With an option for "All")

• Agency (With an option for "All")

• Include Renewals (True or False)
