Contents: The certified mail list is a report that is generated that shows every document that was generated by Diamond for mailing to either a customer or a third party (Lienholder, etc.). The report can then certified by a Notary that the documents listed were actually mailed. Information listed includes:
Policy Number
Date
Document (e.g., Renewal, ID Card, Endorsement Dec, Form Letter With MVR, Cancellation Dec, etc.)
Who Uses Report: Management to confirm that various documents were sent via certified mail and notarized.
When to Run Report: Daily or within a user determined date parameter.
