Report Name: Agency Policy Renewals (Within a Specified Date Range)

Functional Area: Underwriting / Policy Processing

Contents: When this report runs it lists all policies and their status within the time period specified. It totals each agency's number of policies. If it runs with "All Agencies," it totals each agency's policy individually with a grand total of all agencies at the end of the report. Information listed on the report includes:

• Agency

• Insured Name

• Policy Number

• Effective Date

• Expiration Date

• Renewal Type

• Policy Status

Who Uses Report: Underwriting and policy processing personnel.

When to Run Report: The report can be run at anytime.

Input Parameters:

• Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

• End Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

• Agency (With an option for "All")
