Report Name: Pending Policies

RDL File Name: Policy_Pending.rdl

Functional Area: Underwriting / Policy Processing

Contents: The Pending Policies Report displays by Company / Line of Business all policies and quotes that are in a "Pending" status. For each line of business, the report shows:

• Policy Number

• Policy Holder's Name
• Transaction Date
• Transaction Effective Date
• Transaction Type (Renewal, Pending, etc.)
• User
• Status

• Amount

Within each line of business, separate totals are given for the number of policies.

Who Uses Report: Underwriting and policy processing personnel.

When to Run Report: The report can be run at anytime.

Input Parameters:

• Transaction Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

• Transaction End Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

• Company / State / Line of Business (With an option for "All")

• Transaction Type: All, Not Assigned, Cancellation, New Business, Endorsement, Renewal, Reinstatement, Rewrite Full, Cancel-Rewrite, Renewal Underwriting, Binder, Deny Application, Non-Renewal, Record Only, Renewal Offer, Rewrite Pro Rata, ABT Cancel-Rewrite, Automatic Manual Cancellation)

• Agency (With an option for "All")
