When to Run Report: The report can be run at anytime.

Input Parameters:

• Start Date: MM/DD/YYYY

• End Date: MM/DD/YYYY

• Items for User: Select individual user (Has an option for "All Users")

• Originated by: Select individual user (Has an option for "All Users")

• Belonging to Queue: Select individual queue (Has an option for "All Queues")

• Show Quotes Only: Yes or No

• Transferred Tasks: Yes or No
