Contents: This report provides information pertaining to policy transactions that have a transaction effective date between a specified starting and ending date range. The report information is broken out by User Category, User and Transaction Type. Listed on the report is the following information:
Policy Number: The current policy number of the policy in which that transaction has occurred.
Policy Holder: Name of the primary policy holder.
Effective Date: The date that the transaction on the policy becomes effective.
Transaction Reason: The noted reason why the transaction is occurring. (i.e. Cancellation).
Transaction Type: The specific transaction type of the transaction being performed on the policy.
Who Uses Report: Underwriting and policy processing personnel.
When to Run Report: The report can be run at anytime.
Input Parameters:
Start Date: Current date in MM/DD/YYYY format
End Date: Current date in MM/DD/YYYY format
User Category: All (Returns all types)
User: All (Returns a list of all users in the system matching the User Category selected)
Transaction Type: All (Returns all types)
