Contents: The Lapsed Policies Report displays by Company / Agency / State all policies that are expired. For each agency, the report shows:

• Agency

• Insured Name

• Policy Number

• Trans Date

• Expiration Dates

• State

• Days Lapsed

Who Uses Report: Underwriting and policy processing personnel.

When to Run Report: The report can be run at anytime.

Input Parameters:

• Start Date: (MM/DD/YYYY)

• End Date: (MM/DD/YYYY)

• Company / State / Line of Business (With an option for "All")

• Agency (With an option for "All")
