Producer
Each policy listed under the producer, including transaction effective and expiration dates.
Written Premium: Month - to - Date (MTDWP), Year - to - Date Premium (YTDP) and Prior Year
Earned Premium: Month - to - Date (MTDEP), Year - to - Date Earned Premium (YTDEP) and Prior Year
Unearned Premium (UEP) and Prior Year Earned Premium (PYEP)
Sorts By:
Company / State / Line of Business / Agency. The report also displays the group totals for each agency, each combination of Company / State / Line of Business and a grand total.
Who Uses Report: Underwriting management can use this report to review the earned premiums versus the written premiums and in force policies. Marketing can use it to review for all, based on the volume of business. Both groups can use it to monitor the Company / State and Line of Business to verify with production and premium growth. Accounting can use it to review premiums placed on the books for reporting purposes.
When to Run Report: After End of Month Processing.
