Contents: This report is used to view agency commission set up for all agencies with a company / state / LOB relationship and the commission basis / percentage. Information included is:
Agency Name
Start Date of Commission: This is the Effective Date the commission rate / amount applies.
Commission Type: Written or Paid
Commission Detail: Can be new / renewal or adult / youthful, etc.
Amounts: Commission percentage amounts.
Grouped & Sorted By: Company / State / Line of Business, then Agency Name, then by Commission Effective / Start Date.
Who Uses Report: A management report that can be used to list all agencies, starting date of commissions, commission types and percentage amounts.
When to Run Report: The report can be run at anytime.
