Contents: For producers who have licenses, this report shows the dates their license will expire. Information on the report includes:

• Agency

• Agency Address

• Agency Phone Number

• Agency Group

• Producer Name

• National Producer Number

• License Number

• States (In which they hold licenses)

• Expiration Date

All producers whose licenses expire within the date range entered will be displayed on the report.

Who Uses Report: Management to list all producers having licenses to review when their licenses expire.

When to Run Report: The report can be run at any time.

Input Parameters:

• Start Date: MM/DD/YYYY

• End Date: MM/DD/YYYY
