Contents: The report contains the following:
All Diamond users
All authorities by group
For each user having an authority within a group, an "X" is placed under the user's name / authority.
Users not having an authority within a group, the authority is blank.
Who Uses Report: Management / IT Personnel to review all Diamond users and their corresponding authorities.
When to Run Report: Can be run at anytime.
