Cat Code: Catastrophe Code assigned to the claim
Claim Number: Number assigned to the claim
Policy Number: Number assigned to the policy
Coverage: Description of the Coverage
Sub Coverage: Description of the Sub coverage
Loss Description: Loss Type description
Status: O (Open) or C (Closed) Status of Coverage / Sub coverage
Claimant No.: Claimant number assigned
Coverage / Subcoverage Limit: Display of coverage/sub coverage limit
Coverage Deductible: Display of deductible, where applicable.
Net Loss Paid: Total loss payments (include loss offsets and credit to loss and their offsets, less, Salvage and Subrogation recoveries and their offsets.)
Loss O/S: Open outstanding loss reserve
Net LAE ITD Paid: ITD Total DCC and AO Expenses Paid (includes offsets and credit to expense recoveries and their offsets.) = Net LAE (Loss Adjusting Expense)
LAE O/S: Outstanding DCC and AO Expense reserves as of selected report period
Loss ITD Incurred: Net ITD Loss Paid + Loss O/S (Outstanding)
LAE ITD Incurred: Net LAE ITD Paid + LAE O/S (Outstanding)
Total ITD Incurred: Loss ITD Incurred + LAE ITD Incurred
A grand total for all coverages for the reporting period is shown.
Who Uses Report: This report may be used for Risk Reviews, Reinsurance Risk reviews and Insurance Department audit review selections.
