The report displays Month End Open Reserves on a policy basis and is grouped by Loss Year, Major Peril, then by Policy Number. Grouping and totaling is also done by agency name. Totals on the report are shown by Year and Major Peril with a Grand Total at the end.

Who Uses Report: This can be used by claims management personnel to view all current Salvage Reserves as of a specific date entered.

When to Run Report: Can be run at any time preferably after End of Month Processing.

• By company / state / line of business or all companies / states / lines of business
• Month End: MM/YYYY
• Agency or "All" agencies
