Contents: This report is used to summarize claim statistics needed for preparation of Annual Statements. The report returns details of each Direct Losses Paid Net of Salvage and Subro and Direct Losses Incurred. Listed on the report is the following information:

 

 

The report is grouped by Company / State and totals by Company / State. There are two (2) columns on this report that have been identified as needed; however, the system does not return any values. Those are: Direct Loss Percentage + IBNR Percentage and Prior Year-To-Date Direct Loss Percentage + IBNR Percentage. These columns include IBNR and other related manual statistics that are not tracked in Diamond.

 

Who Uses Report: Claims management for preparation of company Annual Statement Line reports.

When to Run Report: The report can be run quarterly; however, to accurately report information, it should be run at the end of the year after End of Period Processing has completed.
