Contents: This report identifies the "Pending" reserves detail on coverages as of a selected report period date. Optional sorts and subtotals are included by company, state, line of business and coverage. The totals from the Detail balance to the Summary report totals and the Open Reserves Detail by Claim Number Report. This report can be run two (2) ways. It can be run as a monthly report OR it can be run as of a current date. The report includes:

Insured Name (As pulled from the claim)
Rpt. Date (Reported date of claim)

In Suit Indicator ("Y" = Yes, "N" = No)

Who Uses Report: Claims management. This report is used to monitor "Pending" loss reserve activity, and may be used to balance reported MTD (Month to Date) as well as YTD (Year To Date) reserve totals.
When to Run Report: Can be run any time using the current date (MM/DD/YYYY) or it can be run as of a monthly date (MM/YYYY).

To produce a "Current Outstanding Reserve Detail By Coverage" report, enter the current date in the format: MM/DD/YYYY.
To produce a "Monthly Outstanding Reserve Detail By Coverage" report, enter the date in the format: MM/YYYY.
