Contents: The Outstanding Expense Reserve Report includes all ALAE / DCC, ULAE / AO expense reserves as of the selected month end. Contents include:
Agency Code: The code assigned to the associated agency on the policy.
Claim Number: The claim number assigned to the claim.
Policy Number: The number assigned to the policy.
Policy Effective Date: The effective date of the associated policy.
Loss Date: Date of the loss.
Reported Date: Date the claim occurrence was reported.
Claimant Number: Claimant number assigned to the related claimant.
Line of Coverage: The associated line of coverage / feature description.
Sub Coverage Description: The description of the sub coverage if applicable.
In Lit: "Y" or "N." This is the flag from the In Litigation check box on the coverage indicating if the claim is in litigation or not.
In Suit: "Y" or "N." This is the flag from the In Suit check box on the coverage indicating if the claim is in suit or not.
Cov Adj: The adjuster initials of the inside adjuster assigned to the coverage.
ALAE/DCC Reserve Amount: The amount of the open ALAE / DCC Expense Reserve.
ULAE / AO Reserve Amount: The amount of the open ULAE/AO Expense Reserve.

Grouped By: Company / State / Line of Business
When to Run Report: Can be run at any time; preferably after End of Month Processing.
Who Uses the Report: The report is used by claims management to monitor expense reserve financials for the selected report period. This report may also be used to balance expense reserves against other financial reports.
