Contents: The report can be run for all Companies / States / Lines of Business or a specific Company / State / Line of Business. For each open reserve, the report displays:
Claim Number
Policy Number
Insured
Loss Date
Reported Date
Indemnity
Expense
ALAE
The report sub-totals each company / state / line of business indemnity and expense dollar amounts. A grand total is included at the end of the report.
Who Uses Report: Claims management. This report is used to determine how many claims are open and the dollar amount of open claims at a specific point in time. Additionally, it also identifies the oldest open claim ("Tail").
When to Run Report: Can be run any time.
Input Parameters:
Start Date: MM/DD/YYYY
End Date: MM/DD/YYYY
Company / State / Line of Business (With a selection criteria including "All" companies / states / lines of business)
Individual agency or an option to include "All" agencies
