Contents: The Open Anticipated Salvage Report includes all open anticipated salvage coverages as of the selected month end. Included on the report is the following information:
Agency Code: The code assigned to the associated agency on the policy.
Claim Number: The claim number assigned to the claim.
Policy Number: The number assigned to the policy.
Policy Effective Date: The effective date of the associated policy.
Loss Date: Date of the loss.
Reported Date: Date the claim occurrence was reported.
Line of Coverage: The associated line of coverage / feature description.
Sub Coverage Description: The description of the sub coverage if applicable.
In Lit: "Y" or "N." This is the flag from the In Litigation check box on the coverage indicating if the claim is in litigation or not.
In Suit: "Y" or "N." This is the flag from the In Suit check box on the coverage indicating if the claim is in suit or not.
Cov Adj: The adjuster initials of the inside adjuster assigned to the coverage.
Claimant Number: Claimant number assigned to the related claimant.
Reserve Amount: This is the amount of the open Anticipated Salvage reserve.
Sorts By: Added Date
Grouped By: Company / State / Line of Business / Adjuster
Totalled: Summed Total of open anticipated salvage reserve amounts.
Who Uses Report: The report is used by claims management to monitor anticipated salvage financials for the selected report period.
When to Run Report: After End of Month End Processing has completed.
