Contents:  The Cat Code YTD Detail Report displays a list of claims by category code . The report is broken down by company / state / line of business and by each category code. Listed on the report is the following information:

• Cat Code

• Policy Number

• Claim Number

• Claim Count

• Paid Losses

• Paid ALAE

• Paid ULAE

Each category is totaled by Claim Count, Paid Losses, Paid ALAE and Paid ULAE. A grand total of these columns are displayed at the end of the report.

When to Run Report: Can be run any time.

Input Parameters:

• As of Month Ending Date: MM/YYYY

• Cat Code (With a selection criteria including "All")
• Company / State / Line of Business ( (With a selection criteria including "All" Companies / States / Lines of Business)
