Policy Effective Date: The effective date of the associated policy.
Loss Date: Date of the loss.
Reported Date: Date the claim occurrence was reported.
Line of Coverage: The associated line of coverage / feature description.
Sub Coverage Description: The description of the sub coverage if applicable.
In Suit: "Y" or "N." This is the flag from the In Suit check box on the coverage indicating if the claim is in suit or not.
In Lit: "Y" or "N." This is the flag from the In Litigation check box on the coverage indicating if the claim is in litigation or not.
Claimant No: Claimant Number assigned on the claim.
Anticipated Reinsurance Loss Recovery: Dollar amount.
Anticipated Reinsurance Expense Recovery.
Grouped By: Company / State / Line of Business
Totalled: Summed Total by Company / State / Line of Business.
