Contents: This report displays a list of waives performed on the cancel image of a policy. The user can enter the waive amount in the parameters that they wish to view. Information includes:
Policyholder
Cancel Date
Waive Description (e.g., Waive Service Charge, Waive Miscellaneous Charges, etc.)
Amount
Sorts By: The report is sorted by company, state, line of business and policy number.
Who Uses Report: This report can be used by accounting to list and view the amounts that have been waived on cancelled policies.
When to Run Report: This is an ad hoc report that can be run at anytime.
