This allows your company to automatically order claim vehicle appraisals through a "real time" interface: ACD. Once this is configured, users can access the Appraisal Assignment screen, where they are able to send vehicle information directly to ACD for an appraisal. Users are prompted to enter some information for the request while Diamond then automatically populates the rest of the required information. Once an appraisal request is sent, ACD will send information about the appraisal through the Integration Services layer. The latest information received is then displayed to users through the same screen used to send the request.
