Note: You must have the authority, "Process Un-processed Printing," (Diamond Administration group) to run this process.
The Process Un-Processed Printing function is used with the Base Print Solution. It allows a user to process any unprocessed print process records. When it runs, it determines if there are any unprocessed print process records (printprocessstatus_id = 1). It generates the print XML and print form XML for each record it finds. Its main use is to reprocess any print process records that failed to process in the post issuance process.
Choose Process Unprocessed Printing from the Diamond Administration Tree View.
Once the Unprocessed Print Process screen displays, you can:
Process one (1) Policy ID / Policy Image Number by entering its values in the fields and select Begin, or
Click the Begin button to process ALL un-processed printing.
The system starts processing the unprocessed print records and shows "Processing."
When it concludes, a confirmation screen returns and shows: "Finished." Click OK.
