Note: Users need the authority, "Process ISO Claim Search Error Log," (Diamond Administration group) to access and process this function.
This functionality allows fields from the ISO Claim Search Error file to be imported into a Diamond DB table so that the claim number and associated errors can be displayed via an SQL report.
To import the error log:
Select Browse.
Highlight the error log file you want to import.
Click Open. This places the error log file in the field when the Process ISO Claim Search Error Log screen returns.
Select Process ISO Claim Search Error Log.
When the import is finished, run the ISO Claim Search Log Error report. This loads data from the imported ISO error logs for a specified processed date. It also allows users to filter on a specific error type or to view all errors. The report includes the claim number, error code and error description.
