Note: To use this functionality, you will need the authority, "Edit Attachment Types," (Attachments group). This will allow the adding and / or renaming of "non-system" attachment types.
Attachment Types can be "system" (set up by Insuresoft and applied to Diamond as a whole) OR "non-system" (company specific; established by your company). Examples of these could include: Property Photos (new business policies), Damage Photos (claims), Wage Authorization (policies or claims) or Claim Appraisals (claims).

After selecting Attachment Type from the Company Configuration Tool / Attachment node, click Add to display the Add Attachment Type screen:
To assign the type to a specific level or multiple levels:
Highlight the attachment type in the Data Grid View and click Edit.
Change the name or even the level.
Deselect the Enabled field to remove the check; attachment type disabled / hidden in the Type combo box on the Attachment screen.
Save your changes.
When making an Attachment, all Attachment Types (system AND non-system) are displayed in the Type combo box for selection when the Attachment is "Edited."
