Note: You must have the authority, "Claim Lookup," (System Group) to access and use this function.
The Quick Claim Lookup screen provides access to the Claim Loss Notice screen. To access the Quick Claim Lookup screen:
In the upper right corner of the Diamond Home Page, select Claims from the combo box, and click the Magnifying Glass to the right.
When the Quick Claim Lookup screen shows, the last claim you accessed is displayed. If this is not the claim you wish to view, select the down arrows on the right, or enter the claim number if known.
Click OK. The Claim Loss Notice screen displays.
Note: In order to use this function, you must set the system setting, "Partial Claim Number Lookup," (Diamond Administration group) to "True." Also, the system setting, "Minimum Information Needed" (Diamond Administration group) needs to be set with a numeric value not less than three (3).
