This screen displays, by policy version, accounts receivable records that include: Written Premium, Future Written Premium, Total Cash In (Received / Applied), any Current / Future Outstanding Amounts, Outstanding / Paid Service Charges and Outstanding / Paid Miscellaneous Charges, etc.
All columns cannot be viewed on the screen at the same time. Use the right scroll arrow at the bottom of the screen to view additional columns. Columns, and their corresponding definitions, on the screen are:
Ver: Displays the version of the policy for which the transaction was processed.
Policy Number: If the "Show Billing Account Detail" check box contains a check mark on the Billing Activity Display screen, the policy number is shown in this column.
WPremium: Displays written premium on the insured's account. Written premium is the amount of premium collected over the term of the policy.
FutWPrem: Future written premium.
Total Cash: Total cash received against this version of the policy.
Total Outs (Outstanding): Total amount of premium and charges yet to be made.
Total Prem Billed: Total amount of premium billed to the insured.
Current Prem Outs (Outstanding): Total current premium amount that is due now.
Curr Prem Paid: Current amount of premium paid by the insured.
Unapplied Cash: Any money on the insured's account that has not been applied to premium or any charges.
Future Prem Outs (Outstanding): Amount of premium remaining that is not due yet.
Curr Schg Outs (Outstanding): Any current outstanding service charges.
Curr Schg Paid: Current service charge amount paid by the insured.
Fut Schg Outs (Outstanding): Future service charges outstanding.
Curr Mchg Outs (Outstanding): Current miscellaneous charges outstanding.
Curr Mchg Paid: Current miscellaneous charges paid.
Fut Mchg Outs (Outstanding): Future miscellaneous charges outstanding.
Total Prem Waived: Total amount of premium waived.
Total Schg Waived: Total amount of any service charges waived.
Total Mchg Waived: Total amount of any miscellaneous charges waived.
Total Fut Prem Waived: Total amount of any future premium waived.
