This tab can be used to view the policy's Pay Plan history.
Fields displayed include:
Tran Date: The transaction date.
Eff Date: The effective date of the transaction.
User: The user initiating the transaction.
Policy Number: If the "Show Billing Account Detail" check box contains a check mark on the Statement Display screen, the policy number is shown in this column.
Transaction Type: Type of transaction done.
Description: A brief narrative describing the transaction type.
Status: The status of the transaction.
If this is a billing account, the Account History tab displays a history of all policies in the account when the "Show Account Detail" check box is selected on the Statement Display screen.
Note: When an out of sequence pay plan occurs, the Pay Plan is displayed and re-applies the new pay plan across renewal versions.
